'Tis the season

a few seasonal questions for you:
1. December 25, 1821 is the birthday of the founder of the American Red Cross. Can you name her?
2. Which one of the reindeer is never mentioned in The Night Before Christmas?
3. Who said "Santa Claus has the right idea. Visit people once a year"? (Initials are VB)
4. In what European country did the Christmas tree originate?
5. What president flipped on the switch at the first lighting of the national Christmas tree? (Hint: not Bill Clinton but one of his initials is one of the initials of the answer)
6. What is the state tree of Delaware? (it is Christmas-related)
7. This is one of Santa's all-time favorites: In Indiana, there's a St Nicholas Church- what is the name of the town it is in?
