if you have pay pal you can spend it anywhere on the web all you have to do is go to shop then on the right hand side it says anywhere click on that .. then you type in the web site you want to shop at and it will take it right out of your pay pal account hope this helps if you need more info lmk jami [Only registered and activated users can see links. I was just wanting to add to the money that I already had in my Webcertificate account. I thought maybe I could add to it with my paypal account , but it doesn't have a pin number like on the back of a credit card Thank you very much for your help. BTW, what part of Ohio are you from?
