Charging a handling fee is not illegal!
I know you are all concerned about handling fees for coupons. It is not illegal to ask for a handling fee in return for coupons, however it is illegal to "sell" your coupons. The handling fee is a fee that covers the persons cost of obtaining, clipping, posting and shipping of the coupons. That is why it's called a handling charge.

So lets get something straight.... A handling fee does not include the cost of selling the coupon, nor does it include the cost of just shipping the coupon.

That is why there are companies out there that are able to provide the community with coupons for a "Handling fee" and it's perfectly legal.

So before anyone starts accusing someone of the federal crime of selling a coupon which is a federal offense punishable by fine and imprisonment, I would suggest you reword your posts. Because there is another word called "Slander" - which by Websters Dictionary is defined as "the utterance of falsehood that damages another's reputation."
