$25 gc and coupons to LensCrafters - just asking for SASE

My dd got her glasses at LensCrafters and is now on their mailing list. We received a $25 gc and coupons (can be used with other coupons), but can't use them as they are not combinable with our insurance, and it's cheaper for us to use our insurance.
