Here is an adorable genuine Pleasant Company Bitty Baby. This is one of the first ones they ever made. There is #74 on the back of his head, indicating either the year in which it was made or the number of babies made.

The doll is in excellent condition, there are some head rubs where the color is coming off, but the vinyl is in excellent condition, only one minor mark on the right thigh, you can see the faint mark in my pictures.

The doll's fabric body is in excellent conditon, no pulls, pilling or anything like that. It looks brand new. It has brown open and shut eyes and is consider medium skin toned, not light, but not dark either. it is 16" long from head to tiny toes.
