$5 paypal for Amazon $5 that i need

Hi I just ordered something on amazon than something was wrong with my order and I had to change my credit card.
So Now THe price jumped from 9.99 to 11.99
HOW rude I am so mad

But now I need A $5 amazon gift certificate and I
am willing to pay the full $5 for it by paypal

They were preschool shoes for my son! I wanted to get them
before school sept 7 th They are soo cute little dress shoes.
