WTB/Recieve PC with 1ghz or faster cpu

I help out at a church across the street from my house and they are in need of a "new" computer.
I was thinking since they are a non-profit that someone would be able to get a nice tax write-off on a 1 year old computer that is worth very little on the real market by donating it, and then us swapping in a new HD. If you have a computer that you would not be willing to donate and get tax $$ back, but rather sell to us, please reply too. We need a computer and are willing to negotiate

You can write off the essentially what the computer costs new and get a good deal back rather than making only a few bucks selling it. If you are in MA and are interested please reply and we can pick it up.

Some basic needs:
1Ghz or greater CPU
256 mb of ram (128 if it is in a single stick)
CLEAN and functioning well from a physical aspect (Likely replacing the HD anyways)
