- Unless noted, all cds include jewel cases and inserts. Some of the jewel cases may have cracks; most do not.
- Most of the promos are identical to the official releases, with inserts included. The only difference is that either they have a sticker or stamp on the front insert indicating that it's a promo or the back insert was printed with a tiny advisory at the bottom.
