I need to know what kind of reasonable digital camera I can get. My grandson[age3] and my daughter will be coming to stay with me while his Daddy goes to Japan. They live in Hawaii[Army] and I live in Ohio. I want to be able to send Daddy pictures of his son. They will not have access to a telephone, but will have access to a computer. It must be compatible with windows me and usb port. Thank you .I don't have a lot to spend,we are on social security,but I really want to do this.

I don't know of any deals yet but will look I need one myself. But if they don't have access to a phone they can make free pc to phone calls even international. All the need is a mic you can find them for about $8

I found a great digital camera by searching first on the website epinions.com. This site has reviews on nearly every digital camera out there so you can see the different prices. Once you find the one that you like, pricewise that is, you can usually find a good deal on one at your local walmart. Recently, I have seen the prices of these cameras drop significantly. My son got one for under 100.00 at Circuit City.

They will give you a free regular camera, which you send pack to them (postage free also) they will then print your photos and put them on their internet website. Anyone who you give the link to can then view them. For copies of the picture, you can purchase the ones that you like.
