Are you sure about being able to turn Rocket Dollars into cash? Here's what it says on their website:

How Do I Get and Spend Rocket Dollars?

All members receive $10 in Rocket Dollars when they sign up. You may use Rocket Dollars at InfoRocket.com to pay for answers. However, you must spend them on the site; you may not “cash out” your Rocket Dollars.
