Lightbulb Anyone interested in Old TV Guides?

I have a large box full of old TV Guide Magazines from the 70's and I believe there might be a few from the late '60. I found them out in my barn and tried to salvage what I could. They were left in an open box by the door that was broken at the time. Some were thrown away because they were nasty. The ones I kept were ok - most are damaged in some way though - Mostly faded coloring or spots, or some water damage.

These magazines have been sitting in a box in my laundry room ever since and I need to get rid of them. If no one is interested, they will all be burned within the next few weeks.

If there is one in particular you are looking for, I'll be happy to go through them to see if I have it and what condition it is in.

If you are interested, please post here, or you can PM or Email me using the buttons below this post.

It would be a fun collectible for me if you had any of the ones with Donny and Marie Osmond on the covers-probably 1976 or later. If you wouldn't mind looking thru them? Let me know, okay?

I just went through them all and no Donny and Marie. Sorry Stking!!

Thanks anyway!

To the rest of you - when I just went through them, I realized that some of them were not in as bad of shape as I thought they were.

Trying to respond in a PM, but no matter what I do, it won't go through. It says it's too long, but it's under the max. of 1000 characters. Probably another bug in DOD's new server. I also tried to email, but I got the message that the email function is disabled by the administrator.

I'll just post it here:

I have 2 Bewitched & 2 Star Trek. The Bewitched ones aren't in that great of shape. Jan '68 is in pretty sad shape. The cover is water damaged, faded & ripped in places. The other one is Nov '64. It's not as bad as the other, but still not good. It also has water damage & faded & a spot where the mailing label once was. I wouldn't sell those, so they're yours for the taking bug in DOD's new server. I also tried to email, but I got the message that the email function is disabled by the administrator.

Star Trek - one is Nov '67. It has an address label still intact. It's not too bad. Slight water damage in the bottom, right hand corner on almost all pages. The other one is March '67 & I think it's in pretty good shape. No label. Slight water damage in the top right hand corner, but I nearly missed it. More obvious on the center pages.
I really just want to get these out of here, so I'll take just about any price, so long as I don't loose out on the shipping. All 4 together weigh about 12if you are willing to pay shipping.

Hey Jen, why don't you ebay some of the ones in good condition? Isn't that one of those things people look for on there?

Thanks for looking thru them for me! I wish I could think of others I might want but can't think of any right now.

I've thought about selling them on ebay. Those Star Trek ones alone are selling for about $10 each. I don't know if I feel like bothering right now tho. I've go so much stuff to list already.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm still considering selling them on ebay, probably really cheap so they'll go quick (hopefully).

By the way, the Bewitched and Star Trek are still available, not that anyone would actually want the Bewitched ones. I almost threw them in with the paper trash pile I was burning yesterday. I wonder why I didn't..
