Have 69$ worth of Paypal,Need 65$ webcertificate

I have 69$'s.......well....ahem 68.95$'s worth of Paypal,And i need a 65$ webcertificate .

If anyone has one,please lemme know.

And yeah,i will ofcourse pay you paypal first and then ask for the webcertificate .

Can't you just use the Paypal to BUY yourself a webcertificate on the site? There is a fee, but the extra you have in paypal will probably cover it.

I have an International-Verified account.
Its not a USA account hence dont have the same advantages .

Its only possible with USA-Verified accounts and not International ones as far as i can tell.Hence

But if u know any way to make this work for us International guys also,please do reply back,
