I have four 250 minute AT&T prepaid calling cards for sale or trade. They can be used by anyone. They expire 12-31-2003. I am looking for neteller, firepay, anypay, swiftpay, stormpay or prepaid atm. I will be happy to email the calling card number and pin at purchase as well as mail the physical card(s) to the buyer. I will take $2 for each one or $6 for all four of them. Yes, they can be used for international calls. On the back, they say, Press 1 for calls within the US, Canada, or the Caribbean. Press 2 to call any other country.

are there any fees other than if you use a payphone?

As far as I can tell, there are no extra fees (except for payphones). On the back of the cars, it says, "A surcharge of 3 minutes applies to pay phone calls. International rates may vary."
I got them for changing local and long distance service.
