I don't know if this is a help, but we have a monitor sitting in our garage that you can have for nothing. It powers on, but the screen is black. It might take a small thing to repair it, or it might not. We never bothered to check it out. Probably you won't want to mess with it, I don't know where in northwest Ohio you're wanting this, just thought I'd offer!
