Ipod nano look alikes on eBay? twice as good, half as cheap

In my desperation for an mp3 player, I found these Ipod Nano look-alikes on ebay. What do you think of them? Should I buy it? Are these legitimate? Will they last?
They claim to have Samsung Flash memory.
