This is Not a sample freebie and I wasn't sure where to post it but felt it was important enough to post since IT IS FREE.....I got this in an email from a friend that got it from a freebie page...


When you visit this site, you can enter your address and a map will pop up with your house as a small icon of a house. There will be red, blue and green dots surrounding your entire neiborhood. When you click on these dots a picture of a criminal will appear with his or her home address and the decription of the crime he or she has commited. (They tell you what the colored dots represent on the left hand side)..From registered sex offenders to sexual abuse, to other offenses, they are listed.. Of course we all know not ALL of them are listed, some slip thru the *system*..You can even have them send you an email when a registered sex offender moves into YOUR neighborhood!!

This is a good site.....I feel it is the right place (but I'm not a mod, and it's up to them). I called my sister and I called my brother and told them about the site......They were thankful to have this tool (web site).

Thanks, none around me. 2 found close to my friends house, offenders, not sexual. Thanks goodness she has 2 small kids.

I live in a pretty small town and yet I was amazed at the number of "dots" on my map. pretty scary...

It's amazing how many people there are in our "safe" (ha!) small towns that are on there. I always wonder who should be that's not on there!!!!! We're in a really small town too, it doesn't seem to matter these days.

whats even scarier in my opinion are all of the people lurking around then dont ever get caught, i check that website and it makes me feel slightly better knowing but at the same time the ones who don't get caught are the ones I worry about and I am sure there are plenty
