Here are the Golden Globe nominations. ''Sideways,'' ''Desperate Housewives,'' and Jamie Foxx are among the top contenders



TRIPLE PLAY Foxx nabbed three Globe nominations, including one for Ray
Ray: Nicola GoodeThe Hollywood Foreign Press Association echoed the picks of several critics groups over the weekend by doling out the lions' share of nominations to the comedy Sideways, seven in all. Other movies with multiple nominations include The Aviator, Closer, Finding Neverland, Hotel Rwanda, Kinsey, Million Dollar Baby, The Incredibles, and The Phantom of the Opera. Jamie Foxx scored a hat trick, nominated for his leading role in Ray, his supporting role in Collateral, and his TV role in the movie Redemption.

Desperate Housewives was the toast of the TV categories, with five nominations, including three for its four lead actresses (all but Eva Longoria). The Life and Death of Peter Sellers emerged as the top TV movie, with four nominations. Awards will be handed out live on NBC on Jan. 16.
