| Here's a remedy for Tired Eyes, to look refreshed Use navy mascara instead of black or brown. Blue eye liner applied along the rim of the bottom lid will make the whites of the eyes appear brighter. I read about this in a book I'm reading on Beauty, I'll let you know if it works or not. I just went to the drugstore tonight and bought all the navy eyeliner and mascara they had (LOL).
