Baffled How can I get paint off of my leather coat?

I have a nice black leather coat that I accidentally got paint on when we were painting our coat closet doors. I don't know what we were thinking, we left the coats hanging up and tried to paint the doors without hitting the coats! (Dumb, I know)

It's only a very little bit on the sleeve. I read somewhere that you can use baby oil and the paint will come right off. I'm a little nervous about that, but I'm trying to avoid a huge cleaning bill.

Any ideas?

baby oil is good for removing paint, and it doesn't ruin leather I actually rub baby oil on my leather boots to keep them looking new.
