~Need help setting up the Aquarium~

*First of all what do I clean the tank with?
I know I cant use cleaners that may harm the fish so, what does that leave me?

*How long does the water need to sit before we add fish?

It's been a long time since we had an operating aquarium and I want to set it up for dh as a surprise.
