Need Help with Web site building

HELPPP!!

I've recently moved into a condominium complex. It's wonderful, but I think I've sorta got into a bit of a jam. I am trying to get together a web site for the community where we can post notices and pictures and stuff relating to the complex- this is NOT going to be a money making site...just informational for community yard sales, block parties, and monthly meetings.

But, I don't know the first thing about web sites!! I don't know HTML from Adam and I need to find someone who has an online tutorial or some such (if it even exists). If you can help me, please steer me in the right direction, or if you prefer, you can private message me here.

Thanks to any web-guru that is willing to help a newbie learn the tricks!

I created my website at a place that requires no html knowledge or programming. I really like it alot. Although I do know html, I needed something that I could set up fast and easy. And its free.
