You are so right! I especially like Walgreens deals where they allow you to use 2 coupons on B1,G1 free items. (1 for each) And as Cata mentioned, you can also use a manufacturers coupon with a Walgreens coupon.
Some people are hesitant to participate in rebate programs. One you can start with is Rite Aid. It's the one I like the most because there are no forms to fill out and mail if you don't want to. Just get your register receipt, go to

Register Now] and fill out the required info. In a few days you'll know if the info is confirmed and you'll know if there's a problem. You can also use coupons to make the purchase and still get the rebate value. (They do not deduct the coupon from the rebate)
