No Free Doughnuts for Seniors

This is silly, but I think this is just everyone being careful that they won't open themselves up to a lawsuit. If the senior center is so darn concerned they should have the seniors or guardians sign a waiver for those folks that want the doughnuts, and other goodies...heck these older folks can decide.
Oops better take that coffee or anything that potentially could be included in the waivers.

Re: No Free Doughnuts for Seniors

I saw this in the news the other day, too, and found it ridiculous! I think they're old enough to decide what they want to eat. After all, if they've gotten to the age to be considered "seniors" they must be doing something right.
