| Corporations to much Control-Kick the Habit or get Kicked off Job
If it is a legal activity that they enjoy on their own time-then I say the companies are crossing the line. "They charge smokers higher health care premiums" This seems fair, and far enough: Although I can see how this can be used to find other factors such as unhealthy diet(overweight), high blood pressure. I wonder if the companys will reimburse employees for higher stress caused from working ![]() [Only registered and activated users can see links. They should just make a rule that you cannot smell like smoke at work. Also make a rule that no chewing tobacco is allowed, or smoking on company property. I wouldn't want my employees smoking on the job. Also, just charge them double what the non-smokers pay for health insurance. That should make some people consider qutting smoking. I never understand why cigarettes are legal, and marijuana is not. |
