Deep Throat?

It has come to my attention the Watergate source known as “Deep Throat” is now gravely ill, and some confirming, terminal. As we all know as arranged previously, the true identity of “Deep Throat” will be revealed upon the Patriot Snitch’s death. The obituary, written by Bob Woodward and edited by Ben Bradlee has already been put to bed, and is awaiting publication at the appropriate time.

On an unrelated note, I heard a rumor the DC law office of Wiley Rein and Fielding will soon change their name to “Wiley Rein and The Guy that took down the President of the United States.” Of course, this allegation is just speculation at this point.

Is Bush Sr ailing, I saw him at the Super Bowl with Clinton..he wasn't ailing so maybe my hunch that he was Deep Throat is wrong I guess.
My reasons: Nixon was a sweaty, unkempt guy who railed at the "elite East Coast establishment", which Bush Sr was practically a charter member of; as CIA director Bush probably knew a lot of dirt on Nixon; GW Bush gave numerous interviews to Woodward who published a favorable book about him (at the time I thought re-paying the favors to the father)....
But, I guess my theories are wrong..
