Baffled Ok, this isn't about religion or politics, but.....

The story about the guy who was going to commit suicide in Glendale, CA and parked his SUV on the train tracks, and then jumped out because he changed his mind and LEFT HIS SUV ON THE TRACKS! There are now 11 dead from the commuter train that smashed into it and many more injured and critical. Should he get the death penalty? If so, how ironic is that? He is getting exactly what he originally wanted.

I agree..irony and beyond. More irony is to put him on suicide watch..to make sure & keep him alive so he can be put to death!Honestly, i don't see him getting the death penalty though, just my gut on that one.

He's responsible for a major traffic jam in L.A. Not that we don't have them all day and every day and everywhere, but THIS time we've got somebody to blame. He's going to get the death penalty for that moreso than anything else.
