trust no one is welcome here
oh, Yes they did......

At 1:12 PM Eastern time, today, Rush Limbaugh mistakenly called the movie "Saving Ryan's Privates," (a porn movie), instead of the proper "Saving Private Ryan" (an Oscar winning movie). Now we know where Rush's mind is when he's voicing those GOP-produced sermons.
And while I am exposing the three time divorcee, did anyone hear El Rushbo again try to rewrite history last Thursday? Rush's quote was (to a democrat caller) "The fact that there's no -- no relationship to Iraq and -- and 9-11 -- nobody ever said there was. You guys just believed the myth out there that was -- that was -- that was promulgated. Nobody ever said there was.”
Oh, yes they did.
December 9, 2001, Meet the Press, moderator Tim Russert asked Vice President Cheney if he "still believe[s] there is no evidence that Iraq was involved in September 11?" The vice president responded it was "pretty well confirmed" that an Iraqi intelligence officer met with September 11 hijacker Mohamed Atta shortly before the attacks. (The Vice President's assertion later proven to be baseless).
On the September 14, 2003, edition of Meet the Press, Cheney repeated that Iraq and 9-11 are linked, saying: "If we're successful in Iraq ... we will have struck a major blow right at the heart of the base, if you will, the geographic base of the terrorists who have had us under assault now for many years, but most especially on 9-11."
And let us not forget John Lehman, Secretary of the Navy and a member of the 9-11 commission, also on Meet the Press, June 20, 2004, claiming a member of Saddam's Fedayeen, was/is also a member of Al Qaeda. As it turned out, Secretary Lehman got some names confused, and the suspect was not a fulcrum between Iraq and Al Qaeda.
I can go on, but the point has been made, it is called "revisionist history" by way of talk radio.

I did hear rush say that and nearly ran my car off the road. It is unbelievable that he gets away with his lies.

Personally I put Rush and Moore in the same "moron" category. I don't pay much attention to either of them.

Good points but Not really earthshaking. Personally I am very glad not to me under the microscope, in the public eye, because my tongue often beats my brain to the draw.
