Re: Special Voting Machines being used in Miami

That was great!

When we lived in Chicago my mom said she thinks the Chicago view of voting is "Vote Early, Vote Often" LOL.

I honestly DO NOT understand what in the world is so difficult about filling bubbles. I'm sure MOST people, except maybe those with Parkinson's or carpal tunner, wouldn't have a problem with filling in a few bubbles. Well I know young people aren't....we're used to it by now with all the scan tron tests!

LOL so true! I remember someone telling me that one year, literally thousands of people from the Bohemian National Cemetery that we lived near voted!! How crazy is that LOL! And what do the Bears give us in return? NOTHING. THEY STILL SUCK!

All I have to say is that I'm conviced Dayley is going to be mayor until the day he dies...I honestly never saw what was so great with him. After the stunt he pulled at that airport at the Lakefront it ticked me off. Along with the whole Soldier Field renovation...

We lived right across the street from a polling place when we there and every year on election there would be a bunch of guys hanging around outside all day long. Not sure what they were doing but they looked like they were up to no good....my mom said inside the polling place as she was walking in people would ask who shes voting for and things like that! It was nuts!

No doubt the Bears are **** fill in the blank. I don't think to many people were happy with the airport fiasco-sometimes these folks think that they are King not Mayor. You may be right that Daley will be mayor until the day he dies...on the flipside you don't read about any drug, sex scandals, and he does seem like a good person. Also has done some good things with cleaning the city up-more greenscape etc. Plus he knows all the in's & out's of running a big city.
