Could be a simple matter of offering the right price; $25 million is apparently not enough, considering the cost of finding him and the number of people it would likely take to accomplish the mission.

Bush had better have some sort of bag of tricks up his sleeve or he is bound to lose this election. Things are not looking too good for him, as he continues to lose ground to Kerry.

Well, that probably is not the best choice of words, but it does reflect my generalized cynical attitude towards all politicians. All gov'ts, including ours, are rife with corruption, IMHO.
