Lightbulb Bush Approval Ratings

I like to follow this number-because of the perceived importance of having a rating of 50% or larger, but also I think this graph is interesting in that it seems that each positive security event seems to be producing a smaller bump each time.

Clinton won in '96 with an approval percentage well below 50%. I don't recall the exact number though. Just don't think this indicator is an especially good one to go by.

Yes I believe Clinton was around 47% before election. Here's a article using number based upon end of third year info.

Bush was below...just stat's..like we both said the only poll that matters is November.
