I heard on the TV last night that they need to dig some 20 feet in the area of the landfill they cordoned off soon after they started looking for the body. They also said it was a waste of time to use cadaver dogs, as there are too many odors to cope with.

Well I've always been against the death penalty...

But you say he won't reveal where the body is, well if he was dead he certainly couldn't tell anyone...

But I know nothing about this case but have you thought that maybe he isn't talking because he fears the death penalty?...

I doubt it. He has been placed under a suicide watch so I guess he must not fear death too much.

Police arrested Mark Hacking on suspicion of aggravated murder Monday in connection with the disappearance two weeks ago of his wife, Lori, who he said was pregnant.

I don't read where he "admits" it. Although it doesn't look good for him.

My answer, not necessarily that of anyone else, is that at 5 weeks there is still a higher risk of natural miscarriage (hence the superstition about not telling anyone until the second trimester), and under no circumstances is the fetus viable outside the womb.
