Well, I watched it tonight, anybody else? I think Kelly Clarkson is just awesome! She has what it takes to be a star, what a terrific voice!!! Justin really disappointed me tonight, I've seen him do better. "Sunny" was definitely not the right song for him.

First off, I have to tell you that I have not watched AI from day 1....just started a few weeks ago ........
I also enjoyed Kelly's performance and agree that Justin (I adore him ) wasn't at his best....... Tamyra has a pretty voice too!
I reallllllly like Justin though, he's so charismatic and really has a great stage presence!
We shall see............

hubby can't stand to watch the show with me when he's on cuz all i do is sit on the couch and drool and swoon...he is oh i don't even know...my my my i just love american idol LOL!!

i was so SCARED last night...i thought ryann starr was gonna get kicked off...i really like her....she didn't do so well tuesday night but i know she'll pull it off...

it's gonna be hard to choose between justin, ryann, tamyra, and kelly....kelly's voice just knocks me over every time i hear it...very strong pretty voice.....

i'm sad a.j. had to go, he really does have a pretty voice (hubby calls him a backstreet boy wannabe lol) he has NO stage presence whatsoever...i mean it's like *SNORE* when he's up there....but i think the 2 that changed the most outta all of them were a.j. and jim...they look totally different now than when they started!!!

*patiently awaiting next week*

I've watched it from the start, and hope I never miss any!!!
I don't know who to pick, I, too, like Justin and think those eyes can melt any woman's heart... And I really like Ryan, also...but now that they are down to so few a people, I really find it hard to choose.....I do wish one thing, though, that they would have had a male and female winner...not just one, but hey, that's just me...

I must be the only one who doesn't really care for Ryan? Her last performance was horrible! Not a single note seemed on key, and she was doing more yelling and growling than singing.

And what's with Justin? I think he's ugly - but he still makes me swoon. LOL I do love that strong jawline - always loved that on a guy. He has a great voice and a wonderful personality - I do also agree though that this week's song didn't do him justice.

I also like Kelly and Tamyra. So it's between them and Justin. I have a feeling though that even the ones who don't win the American Idol will still end up getting record contracts from other places.

This show is so fun!!!!

And I do love Simon - even though he can be harsh. Hehe

Unhappy it was sad...
to see A.J. go, but he just isn't in the same class at this point in his life. I felt he made some awesome appearance improvements and that if he will continue to work hard and get some voice training he will do well. It was cool to see him play guitar last night though!

UGH....we didn't get home until the show was about over..I just saw A.J. leaving and what the judges had to say. I forgot all about it being on again. I wasn't too fond of A.J. I mean, he is a real cutie, but I think his voice would sound better as part of a group compared to solo artist...so I guess I agree w/ Steph's DH on this one.
WOW...the girls on Tuesday totally beat out the guys.

OK, confession to make...I said Justin because I thought he had a shot at it, he just has "the look" that melts girl's hearts. I picked Ryan because I am biost, (spelling?) I love the name Ryan...Now if you really want to know who I HOPE wins, it is....oh shoot....what was her name...the one that colors her hair...Nikki, I think it was. She floored me at some of the earlier songs she sang, I actually liked it, and I'm a very tough person to please with music sang over again. OK, did that make sense??? Anyway, that's who I picked in the beginning, and that's who I'm really hoping wins....but I don't think she will, there is so much talent in that group..WOW

yep, hubby's going for her too, she really impressed me at first, i love her look and love her voice...BUT...these past 2 times she doesn't seem "into" it...i think she misses her son poor thing
and he really REALLY can't stand R.J...he woulda rather have seen him go than a.j. lol...

Shainie, you're not the only one who dislikes Ryan. I thought her last song was just awful, and I don't feel she is as talented as the others. She has an individualistic look about her, but I think that's it. Kelly on the other hand has it hands down in my book. She is one talented girl!

I think Ryan is a brat! My pics are Nikki, Tamyra, and Kelly. And Simon may be harsh but he is usually right on with his comments.
