Each week, players must email me ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] ) with their picks for this weeks questions. Please put SURVIVOR in the subject of your email. This must be done before midnight CST on Oct. 17th. Questions: 1. Who do you think will be voted off Survivor in the upcoming episode (Oct 18th)? 2. Which tribe do you think will win the immunity challenge in the upcoming episode (Oct 18th)? Bonus: Tell me which tribe member you think will become the ultimate Survivor at the end of the season. This answer cannot be changed once submitted for the duration of the game unless they are booted off. Only after your pick is booted off the show will you be able to pick again. (Keep your eyes peeled on each weeks thread in case Mayor decides to throw out some surprise bonus questions worth additional chances.) SCORING: Each player will receive 3 chances for correctly guessing who got booted off this week. You will also receive 1 chance for correctly guessing which tribe won the immunity challenge for this week. Your ultimate Survivor pick will earn you 1 additional chance at the end of the season for each week your pick stayed in the game without getting booted off. If your ultimate Survivor pick gets booted off mid-game, you lose those chances you gained with your first pick but you are allowed to pick again. You will only get the chances for the weeks that that player stays in the game without getting booted. *For example, if you pick Tom to win the game in a week #8, and he wins, you will receive 8 extra chances for the grand prize drawings. If Tom is booted in week #12 and you select Silas as your next choice, and Silas wins, you'll get 4 extra chances. See? Simple! I will keep track of everyones picks and chances in each weeks thread. (5 total chances available per week.) PRIZE DRAWING: $10 Amazon gift certificate given per week. The more chances you have for that week, the better your odds of winning! So make your picks wisely! On the CBS website, it says that Survivor will be on immediately following the address.... I must beg now.... Mayor....PLEASE no bonus questions about anything in the first half hour of tonight's show???? I just got an email from dh saying he'll be calling at 8!!!  ....I'd record the first half, but Friends is on then, too

Wow, that was a BRUTAL episode! This is going to be harder than Australian Outback, I believe. They did right to vote off Diane and keep Clarence. They are going to need his strength for upcoming immunity challenges. He needs to not make any more stupid mistakes. So what did y'all think? Mayor

Poor Clarence I think those two cherries and beans will come back to haunt him in the end....But for some reason I did believe him and not Diane....She was smiling when all of the yelling was going on and also when he said "You are NOT like my mom" at tribal council! Yikes!! I felt bad for him. Tom is pretty extreme...Ethan...was trying to act like Tom...now Lex, I like him, he seems like a level headed guy. Samburu - They are going to be tough I think...Frank is going to make everyone mad by being so bossy, Here are next week's highlights: "As sex and age determine certain alliances, one tribe member finds himself caught between two groups within his own tribe. (I think that is Silas) One tribe member overhears another's confidential plans. A Masai tradition you've got to see to believe is the basis for the Immunity Challenge."

Andee I have to agree with your post. I am glad that they voted off Diane, she just bugged me from the beginning, LOL. Imagine being in the middle of a dessert and dumping out 2 or your 3 jugs of water. How could they listen to her. I also believe that she may have set up Clarence knowing that she was headed for expulsion! Although he did supposedly take 2 cherries instead of one!! And Tom is a little brash. Loud and obnoxious. Frank is going to end up getting booted just because he is so bossy and mean to everyone!! What a kick in the butt when the young lazy ones got a fire going and he couldn't. LOL I do like the Samburu tribe better. They seem to be better suited to each other. Have not got a clue who might go next though.

I saw Diane smiling too and was glad she got the boot, but geez Clarence is already sneaking food and its only been what, ONE DAY!!! I would never trust him with the food!! Frank drove me crazy and I was just watching him, he needs to lighten up a little!(I especially liked that a WOMAN figured a way to get the fire started, I think Frank may be a wit bit of a male chauvinist). You would think that after seeing the past two seasons, that these people would practice making fires at home! I think my luxury item would be a Boy Scout manual!!LOL

Wow what a immunity challenge. It looked tough. I wonder why it seemed they were right on top of each other instead of side by side. I would have drank the water never just dumped it on the ground how dumb. I am glad Diane is gone, they would have been fools to get rid of Clarence. I did not like Tom to brash and nosiy~~Debbie

I liked Tom! I liked that he was right up front in asking Clarence what he had done and that he said he could forgive but not forget. I'm sure Clarence will not try anything like that again. If you're gonna be a team, you need to act like a team and Tom knew that. I did feel sorry for Clarence at the end when he said what he said about Diane. I think he really did feel bad for what he did. Maybe he really didn't think it was that big a deal?? Who knows...but he certainly did learn a lesson. I also thought Diane was going to be at least in the running with votes at tribal council as one of the first to go. The weak ones always seem to go first in the beginning. Someone was lying when Tom was chewing Clarence out about eating beans and I think it was her. I think she was trying to cover her own butt once she saw how hard everyone was coming down on Clarence. Glad to see her gone! I didn't really get a feel for anyone being annoying enough to get kicked off except for Frank. He seems to brash and I don't think many of the women on his team are going to put up with him for too long. I wish they had focused on his team (Samburu) a little more so we could have gotten to know all the others. That immunity challenge was a butt kicker, no? Wow!! I was scared to death that someone was going to get burned with them all running with so much fire around. That was scary! Don't wait till the last minute to email me your picks for next weeks show! |

I don't like Frank. I think he is very arrogant and only thinks of himself but we all know how far Rich got on the original survivor as arrogant as he was!!

I didn't care for Diane at all, as soon as I saw how she was handling herself in the beginning falling and such, I knew she was gonna be a goner real quick. You'd think with her being a mail carrier she would at least know how to walk on dry grass!!! I think clarences' little stealing of the cherry episode will come back to haunt him in about 3 weeks, when they no longer need his strength. I liked Jessie, the sheriff, she was quiet yet had a way about her in taking little pieces of information from the others and just keeping it to herself. I think she will be voted off next, due to her being so quiet, which makes her come across as aloof. It will be interesting to see in the next few weeks who teams up as alliances. I definitely think that the Sambura team is alot stronger and I think Lindsey will end up winning the whole thing. jmtcw |
