Prizes!

I've thought about the prizes and here is what we'll do.

Every week, we will have ONE winner. Whoever scores the most points that week will receive a $10 Amazon.com gift certificate. If we have a tie, the winner will be the first person to have submitted their entry by the time stamp on the message sent to the emcee.

For the finals, we will have FIVE winners! The top five point scorers will receive prizes in this order:

1st prize - $100 Amazon.com gift certificate
2nd prize - $50 Amazon.com GC
3rd prize - $25 Amazon.com GC
4th prize - $10 Amazon.com GC
5th prize - $5 Amazon.com GC

We are still trying to figure out how to handicap the scores so that people can enter the contest within the first few weeks. Any ideas?

It really would be best if they all started at the beginning. That way we would all be starting equal .But I guess to be fair, some people could be away for a week or two and still want to play.How about deducting points for each week that anyone misses? we could all start out with 500 points for example, and have more added or subtracted if we are right or wrong in our guesses.
