The west wing: where the president goes into a florist

I need help tracking down an episode. I am sure I remember seeing a scene where the president stops his motorcade to go into a florist. The florist is on the phone and ignores him before she realizes who he is, at which point I think she faints.
I just watched the whole box set though (not in one go!) and didn't seem to come across this scene. Am I going mad or am I perhaps confusing it with a different TV series. If so, which?
