Trump is a bad manager

Trump really screwed up on last week's The Apprentice. By firing someone because she didn't "step up to the plate" was top down management that reeked of historical railroad baron nefarious schemes. Henner should have been fired. Her intellectual laziness is what lead the women to once again lose. By not creating interest by herding people to the booth, as the Men did, as well as Mr. Pierce's slacker like hang around appearance made the women's effort seam incomplete, not well thought out, and just plain apathetic. Did anyone think David should have been instructed to autograph tickets or something instead of standing there looking like a bike courier?

Omerosa is under contract for the number of shows she does, so she couldn't go. Nelly, who it appears is the ultimate winner, works for NBC which allows her to be safe. Henner, as a leader, displayed no creativity and no full thought process. Trump made another bad call. I guess he can fall back on his real estate...oh, wait, his real estate is falling apart literally, all over the country. Nevermind.
