I just received a reply and realized that I did not tell you my results. The contest ended in April and I lost a total of 27 pounds, which I have kept off so far. Gained 5 on a cruise in May and lost it in two weeks after that. I just got back today from a beach week. I probably gained some pounds, but hope to take them right back off again. My team-mates nicknamed me "Sexy Grandma" LOL
