Are there tooo many reality tv shows?

It looks like every channel has a few now a days. but is any of this really reality? I wonder what it would be like if the real world never happened. sure there are a few good ones but mostly they are very bland and the same thing over and over again

I love Reality Shows! I watch so many of them....they are all different IMO!

I love reality shows too but a lot of them are junks that's just keep on appearing and it makes me sick! They should be kept minimal to prevent viewers from getting tired of them..

Yup. There are too many but they work. Almost everything I watch is reality!

I agree with what you say. There are too many reality shows, but not all of them are that bad. It just depends what kind of reality shows you like in particular.

It is all relative.
There is very little on tv that I think is worth watching.
The best channels are the History Channel and Discover.
NBC and CBS and ABC and FOX are just full of junk.
Of the available shows on these networks, I PREFER the reality shows.

Plenty of variety for everyone-I like Survivor, Apprentice(Celebrity), Beauty & the Geek. VH1 has Celebrity Rehab(extras on internet), Intervention(now thats reality), and the new show on Fox looks good,funny-Moment of Truth.

What does everyone else watch-like or dislike?

I Love Reality TV!! And thanks to the Writers Strike, we are going to have a LOT of them!! (Since Reality TV isn't scripted, they don't fall under the same category as other shows that are affected by strike)

I Like Survivor, Amazing Race, Apprentice, Deal or No Deal, One vs 100, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, and I am sure there are others I can't think of right now!

I have to agree with you, I don't like reality tv shows, if I wanted to watch one I'd just go to my friends house and watch them do stuff...

There are absolutely too many reality shows out now. Just about any reality show involving celebrities is garbage, and the shows on MTV and VH1 are appalling.
