I think that what the Blondes did at the U-Turn was actually pretty smart. The Blondes and TK/Rachel were neck and neck with Lorena/Jason behind them. (I wonder if the blondes got confused and *thought* Lorena/Jason was the team right behind them.) By the Blondes doing the U-Turn, they insured that if they fell behind TK/Rachel that they wouldn't come in last and since it turned out to be an elimination round, it turned out to be a good move IMO. As one of the blondes kept saying, it is a game. That's the same reason I'm glad the brother/sister combo didn't "give" 1st place to the couple who came in 2nd place.

I like the Goth couple too. They work well together and that will get them far.

I understand that it is a game and that turning someone around to do another task is good strategy, I just do not have the heart to be that mean to someone. One of the teams that passed that point earlier said it best when they referred to winning without doing that. I do not think the blondes were wrong to do what they did, but I do not like them for other attitudes. It looks like they nearly get in a big accident next week (previews) I do not dislike them enough to wish them bad luck.
The teams I ususally dislike are the ones where one team member has unreasonable expectations of the other team member.

Wow! Azaria and Hendekia getting eliminated last night was really shocking!

What would have happened if they had flown business class? Would they just have had a time penalty? I wonder.

Yeah that was a shocker! I thought maybe it would end up non- elimination. I really thought Azaria/Hendekia would go all the way.
According to the recap on the CBS site, business class is an illegal purchase. So evidently no time penalty, just not legal to do at all.

I was rooting for Kynt and Vyxsin. (Or however you spell it!) Vyxsin is the brains of the duo and I was hoping she'd make Kynt UTURN the couple that they were pretty sure was right behind them (Jen and Nate).

I was rooting for Ron and Christina to win! That was a tough final roadblock.

What did you all think of the ending?

I agree it really was a tough final roadblock. I was rooting for T.K. and Rachel. I actually was happy with all three teams in the final. I wouldn't have been unhappy with any of them being the winners.
