Re: Discussion of Survivor China

Anyone else think Dave is way too pushy? Who is your favorite so far? I think we have some pretty good contestants this time around. James is incredibly strong. I wonder if that will help him or hurt him in the end....

Re: Discussion of Survivor China

I really haven't seen enough of them to choose any favorites. But don't you think that Jean-Robert is a lazy so and so? They would be foolish to get rid of a strong one too early as they will need him to help win the challenges.

Re: Discussion of Survivor China

Courtney is so thin that if I were her mother I would be very worried that she could survive out there. The challenges have all been fairly brutal so it would be wise to get rid of the skinny weak ones but that doesn't seem to be what's happening.

I agree, but then the contestants do not, as a whole, appear to be playing it very smart.

Re: Discussion of Survivor China

I felt sorry for Dave. It seems that even though the tribe elected him leader, nobody really wanted to be told what to do. They have just lost one of their hardest workers and I hope that they soon realize how much work he did.

Re: Discussion of Survivor China

I think they kept Dave around just long enough to learn from him. He was no help at all in the challenges. Fei Long has a definite strength advantage with James on their team. Anyone else notice Jaime almost won the the immunity challenge for her team? Wow.
Looks like a "love story" develops next week.....

Re: Discussion of Survivor China

ARRGGGHH how frustrating. that totally s****d that james and aaron got switched and that they purposely lost the challenge. how annoying. i hope something happens so those two go home. i hope they merge sooner than later or they wait to merge and they end up with 3 on their team and they have to start voting each other off. I was hoping jeff would say that they weren't going to vote anyone off at council last night. it was just a wake up call or something. hopefully sherea will change sides and those 2 girls will be voted off.

sorry for the rambling but I was totally pissed last night!!

Me too. I liked Jaime until last night. She may be playing the game....but she was so brutally immature the way she threw the challenge with no attempt at deception. And all that smiling. She was so proud of herself. I so wish Erik had seen through her and gone over with the guys. I liked Aaron and I like James. He is doomed as it stands now.
For the show this was a terrible move. Both tribes planned to vote off the two they kidnapped and it was too predictable that would happen. I am really bummed with the show.....
As for our contest, the changes made last night make it really hard to see if I can use any of our guesses this week. I will look at it. It may be I have to throw out this week and start fresh now the tribes have changed.

Re: Discussion of Survivor China

I was annoyed as well by those silly girls. Was really hoping that Erik would turn on them and vote off Pei Gee.He is sweet on Jaime so wouldn't want her to go.
Yes Chippers, you will have a hard time making much out of the answers we gave you. Perhaps # 7, was a woman voted off and # 10, did a man under 30 get any votes for elimination. These switches that get thrown in make it not much sense to form alliances.

Re: Discussion of Survivor China

Geez! What Peih-Gee and Jamie did will only make sense if the merge is done when there are exactly 10 people left. Erik is a wuss---it would have been great for him to team up w/ Aaron and James and get one of the girls out of there.

Sometimes people on survivor like to keep a weak one around-easier to knock off in a challenge come crunch time. I can't remember which guy had mentioned this on the show.

Just to clarify if some folks didn't watch...the two girls purposely lost the challenge so that they could then pick off either Aaron or James. Survivor really stuck it to those who got switched, but they love to do that sort of stuff whenever they feel like somebody is gaining the upper hand in a tribe-ie alliances with two or three. It will be fun watching what happens with the Immunity Idol, and if James survives til merge-who knows? He usually destroys anyone in Strength/Agility Challenges.
