The Apprentice Contest? Join or not?

Hey All!!

The Apprentice is starting this Sunday, January 7.....who would be interested in participating in a DOD reality contest for it?

We will have one for The Amazing Race (and BB and Survivor when they come back out).

Please reply ASAP if you would like to join The Apprentice contest; if we have several, we can go ahead and plan for it. The first set of questions will not be due until AFTER the premiere, so keep your eyes out for your favorites, least favorites, most like to win, and most likely to be tossed to the curb

To keep it fair for everyone, the first set of answers (if we do have the contest) will be due in one week (FRIDAY, 1/14). So, make sure that you check back here before then so you can participate. But, please respond whether you are interested or not ASAP. Thanks!!!

I will not be watching also. I saw the episode last night and was extremely underwhelmed.

The only good thing about it was the fact it had no commercial tie-in. As you know when the apprentices work for Pontiac, Tide, 7-11, Pizza Hut, these corps pay big money for a show based on their product.

Other than that, I found most of the contestants annoying and that guy who lost was the worst. He is one of those people that keep shouting about how bad other people are and propping himself up. There is a name for this type of person, "egotist". But hey, Trump is the biggest egotist of them all.

Probably 20 years ago, when Donald was just a NY egotist, he wrote a book on how to get rich. Doonesberry had a series of strips on this. I remember it was something like: Step 1 - be born with $8 Million.

I loved the way he had his new wife and their baby in one scene, and a daughter from a previous manager in the next. I guess he is the "Moral Compass" for 20 year olds.

Sorry...doesn't appear to have much interest (other than 2...sorry!). I didn't even get the chance to watch the premiere and probably won't watch too much of it.

If either of you want to start up one feel free if you think it would be worth it. Anyone (I think) is free to start up a contest if they like...not just Mods

Yeah, it will probably just be better to wait until Survivor starts up again.

From what I remember, there was never too much interest on here in The Apprentice.
