Re: LOST

I love this show. I thought is was kind of strange that the US Marshall chased Kate around to the other side of the world just for killing her dad. Lots of people commit murder and don't get chase like that.

Re: LOST

but they showed kates story before where she did a bank robbery and killed her boyfriend as well and then went to visit her old boyfriend and they ended up in a car chase and he died. Wasn't that Kate as well? I thought it odd that they showed another background clip about her when there are new people they can start showing the backgrounds of.

Yes, that was Kate too. Still, the marshal was after her right after killing her father. I thought the other crimes came later on. Maybe the marshal wasn't a marshal then and he just kind of always tried to catch her.

Either way, I'm addicted and love the show.

Chatter box Re: LOST

I don't think that was Kate's father who died when she set the house on fire..it was her mother's abusive boyfriend.
I really like this show but I missed a chunk out of the middle when I was away on a holiday, so don't really know what is going on part of the time. Why did Sawyer grab her around the neck and ask her why she had killed him?
What do you think of the new people? Do you think that the black man is up to no good ? He seems to be acting strangely.

I turned out that he was her real father the man she thought was her father was stationed some where in the Army (I think) when she was conceived. She killed him because she didn't want him to be any part of her. As far a Sawyer grabbing her it was like he was her father all apart of the strangeness of the Island. I am not really sure about he new people I think the new guy is going to be kind of like another Locke just plain weird.

Re: LOST

I think the black man's name is Echo or something close to that. I think he is ok. Just a little strange like Locke. I like him. He is very insightful and knows things that the rest seem to not notice. Like he knew how to get through the jungle without "the Others" seeing him.

Re: LOST

LOST is on tonight ... finally! My programming says there are two hour-long episodes tonight, starting at 8 pm on ABC. The first one is called Revelation. That might be a re-cap. The second hour is NEW.

Re: LOST

I was so glad Lost was back on last night. After not seeing it for so long, I needed the re-cap! Some very interesting stuff with Mr. Echo. I really want to know where Walt is on the island too. And what the heck was the "monster"? That was a bit out there. Great show though.

Yes it was a great show last night. Did anyone watch Invasion afterwards? That show was really good too except I fell asleep for about 20 min in the middle.

Re: LOST

Locke - one minute I like him - the next I think he's bad. I don't like Charlie's downward spiral. Sawyer and Ana-Lucia seem to be softening. I wish Claire would watch her baby more carefully so we don't have to keep hearing her say, "My baby, my baby, somebody took my baby!" Ugh. I wonder if Libby is either who she says she is, or if she was a patient in the same mental hospital that Hurley was in.

Spoilers ...

I've read elsewhere that there is a reason why Hurley is not losing weight ... that Jack's tattoo means something ... and that one of the regular cast members will turn against the group (I think this is supposed to be the season cliffhanger).

Re: LOST

My 9 year old wanted to know why they have left a lot of shows we like up in the air. I told her its because they want to make sure we watch it when the new season starts. There is no way we will miss Lost. Something big has to happen. I don't think they would loose so many people in one season but I guess you never know.
