TWO Survivor Palau Mini-Contests!!!!!

Each of the contests will be worth a Blockbuster,Target,Walmart,or Caribou $5 gift certificate.
For each contest speed counts. The first person to give each possible answer "owns" that answer. I will not accept that answer from anyone else.

Mini-contest 1: Age, Brawn, Smarts, or Beauty?
Predict the total ages of the first 5 people eliminated from Survivor Palua. If the 5 youngest were eliminated first, the total age would be 113. If the 5 oldest were eliminated first, the total age would be 238. No two people may have the same number as their guess, so I will accept the numbers on a first-come, first own basis. IN ADDITION, name one of the first 5 eliminated Survivors***. You must be correct to win this mini-contest. If you have the closest number, but the person you name is not among the first 5 eliminated, you are disqualified and I will go to the next closest number. I will continue to go to the next closest number until I find someone who has named an eliminated Survivor.
The winner of this contest will be determined when the 5th Survivor leaves Survivor Palau for any reason. (Probably the 3rd week of the show: if 3 are eliminated the first week, and 1 each week after that)
Check out the cbs site [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now] and get those guesses to me asap. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]
(I will pick my number after I receive guesses from 10 of you.)
*** You may have the same person as others in our contest

Mini-contest 2:
Pick a Champion
For this contest speed of entry counts. Only the first person to pick a Survivor may have that Survivor as their champion. I have randomly selected James as my Champion so no one else may choose him. The winner of this contest will be the person who picks the Ultimate Survivor, or, if no one chooses the Ultimate Survivor the winner will be the contest entrant whose choice lasts the longest on Survivor Palau. The winner of this mini-contest will probably not be decided until the last show, but who knows. Get those guesses in fast to: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Re: TWO Survivor Palau Mini-Contests!!!!!

Update for Mini-contest #2:
The following Survivors have been selected by our contestants, so far, and you MAY NOT choose them:
Jonathan
James
Ian
Coby
Iberhem
Gregg

Where is your faith in women???

Are you aware that just as many, if not more, of the Survivor winners in the past were women?
Get your choices in fast, for both Mini-contest #1 and #2. You may have the same person for #1 as others pick, but you will have to choose a different # than anyone else as your total age guess.

Good point, Chippers! However, I think it is VERY hard to pick a woman to win before you see the first show air. For example, the woman who is the Vegas Show Girl could be a very good contestant or a completely annoying and weak contestant. Hard to judge now.

The total ages of the first 4 eliminated Survivors is 139. Here is a small bit of speculation for you: If Willard is booted next week, the winner of mini-contest #1 will be Vina/pennywise. If Kim goes next week, the winner will be kdka. If Katie is booted next week, I will win. Just for fun, you might want to figure out who would have to be booted to make you the winner. Kells3 does not have a chance, as the bootee would have to be 5 years old! And for Kayjay the bootee would have to be "yet to be conceived" Sorry, I could not resist mentioning this....

Re: TWO Survivor Palau Mini-Contests!!!!!

The total ages of the first 5 Survivors booted is 160. Nanla had the closest guess but her pick, Coby, remains in the contest, so the winner of Mini-contest #1 is kdka with the guess of 163.

Updated Mini-Contest results:

chippers 2.James
Hattielee 2.Ian
Kells3 2.Coby
momof3girls 2.Iberhem
Juliet57 2.Gregg
pennywise 2.Tom
Rafala 2.Kim
Yankeechic 2.Stephanie
Nanla 1. 159/Coby (closest guess but not winner)
Tia 2.Angie
kdka 1. 163 qualifies to win 2.Janu (Congrats on winning mini-contest #1)
