"The Simple Life III, The Interns"

I have it on good authority Paris and Nicole should be checking into their hotel tomorrow in DC, and begin filming an episode of “The Simple Life III, The Interns,” on Monday. As you may recall, there was a flurry on Capitol Hill last month regarding a request made by the production company to film the golden bimbos interning for a US Congressman for this pseudo reality series.

When word leaked of the request, the current Hill interns were outraged -- outraged! I tell you -- by the notion of the celebu-trash opening a Congress member’s mail for a few days. “But they're rich,” claimed one intern, and “we got our jobs fair and square!” bellowed another to the Roll Call newspaper.

Let us now all be on the same page, shall we? So, according to these blonde, size two, nipple pierced, 21 year old temp phone answerers, there are no interns currently on the Hill who got their jobs through family connections, because of their Hillary Duff like bodies, and/or because Daddy’s rich enough that his little girl won’t suffer paying the rent on a Crystal City sublet from September through December. That is true, fair enough, except, like you know, for all of them.

I will keep my ear to the ground and provide an update on this board as to what these two reality star Einsteins will be doing in Washington next week. As for the extended temps (or current Hill interns), may I recommend going to Tequila Coast for Monday’s Happy Hour around 8:00 PM. Then, drop a few lines you memorized from the Cato or Heritage website, and spring for their third margarita. And, well, go from there.

I can't wait for this show....wait...did you say they applied to be WHITEHOUSE interns...

I agree though, you've go to be kidding me...they all got their jobs fair and square? Ha, very likely. I'm sure SOME did, but I still bet quite a few got it because daddy or mommy is in congress.
