I think this one has real potential. Everyone yelling and fighting. The wrestlers! Wow! Victoria's husband- what a doozey! And so many young men and women who think they are the bomb!
Have you developed any favorites or love to hates from the first show?

What a good show.Having visited Iceland in the summer of 2003, it was a real pleasure to see it again. The glacier is amazing, glad that I didn't have to spend the night there in a tent.
The wrestlers will certainly add color to the show. Jonathan is an obnoxious person . I feel sorry for his wife Victoria and wonder how she puts up with him.
I don't think that the father/daughter team will last long. But judging by my choices so far, I could very well be wrong.

Enjoyed the show. I thought it was great that they slept on the glacier. Jonathan is awful! The wrestlers are interesting. So far I like Lena/Kristy, Hayden/Aaron, and Kris/Jon best, but that could change. I remember I thought Colin and Christie were such a nice couple in the first episode last season!! LOL

I am very ticked at the producers. Amazing Race has always been my FAVORITE reality show. They picked a bunch of nasty, ugly people for this season. They are immature, name-calling and generally displeasing to watch. So far, I am not pleased...

My oh my. I think the show is more interesting with obnoxious people than it is with nice ones. Apparently the producers agree.

I agree, Chippers. If there is someone you can't stand it makes the show more interesting. i couldn't believe that the young guys from New York would choose a boat ride over a climb up the icy wall. Even the old Grandparents tackled it and did well. Makes you admire them.

I agree that there are a lot of obnoxious people this season. I guess obnoxious people must make for better ratings. On the other hand I get sick of them calling each other baby every second. Come on baby, you can do it baby. And how come everybodys a model? Looks like it will be another great season, because there are a lot of people that I think I will love to hate.

Can't stand Jonathan already. Didn't really care for Avi & Joe either, so I'm glad they are gone. Bolo seems cool, his wife is a piece of work. Seems interesting though. A friend of mine that had never seen it before watched for the first time and said she and her husband are hooked!!

The thing about Amazing Race that makes it my favorite Reality TV show is that we get to see so much of the world as the show progresses from place to place. I loved our glimpse of Iceland, and look forward to other great locations. When the people are spicy too, it makes a great show.

You have to have SOME ugly people, because it is going to happen in any bunch. But I LOVED rooting for Chip and Kim! And the dating models last season, Brandon and Nicole. And it was great to have the loudmouth and his whiny girlfriend in the mix to add the bad guy element.

But we told our kids they could watch with us this season. After an hour of the potty mouths and bad attitudes we changed our minds. They ain't watching this season. Too bad. It used to be a great family show.

I guess it is because I no longer have young children, but I did not even notice any bad language on the show. I was fascinated by the dynamics that seem to go on between some of the couples.

It seems that the majority of the teams are either models/actors OR totally obnoxious!!

Jonathan and Victoria are something else. Anyone notice he was driving his Porshe past his Hummer in his driveway? I wanted to yell to Victoria that it isn't worth it....she can do better. Money isn't everything.

Iceland looks like an amazing place!!

Or both. I am totally enjoying the show so far. Remember it is just a show and they will highlight everyone at their worst for our benefit.

I forgot to mention that I really enjoyed the show!! How boring would it be if all the teams were quiet and didn't bicker??

Liz thank you for using my last weeks guesses. I didn't even think about it until today. Using last weeks guesses might prove better then what I usually do. LOL
