Re: Survivor All-Star Discussion thread

A few simple rules for the discussion thread which I hope you will all read before posting and keep in mind for all of Survivor All-Star:
All of your personal thoughts and comments about the show are welcome, good or bad.
No information or rumors you found out from spoiler sites may be posted here. Keep them to yourself.
Please post your comments about the contests on this thread here also. Keep the contest threads themselves for updates and scoring.
Thanks, Liz/chippers

Re: Survivor All-Star Discussion thread

Many of you have already replied to some or all of our contests. I would like to encourage ALL of you who follow Survivor to go ahead and enter. You have nothing to lose and I think we have lots of fun. We usually have 3-4 different winners of the contests we do.
A few reminders: There are 2 Jenna's and 2 Rob's so be sure to include the last initial if you choose any of the Jenna's or Rob's. The limit for Bonus C, Safe or Sorry, is 10 picks. You may pick any number of safe people up to 10. Don't forget the tie-breaker number for Bonus B, Pick a Champion. The number you choose should be the total of the ages of the 3 people you think will leave Survivor first.
While I am thinking about it we all remember Osten quitting. If any of the 18 contestants this time around leave the show for any reason besides being booted, it will still count in the contests as a "boot" and if you have that person on your list of safe people you lose. (Just a slight rule clarification)Conversely, if that person is on your list of boots at the time, you get any points that are available for picking a "bootee".

Re: Survivor All-Star Discussion thread

Only one week to go. Why does time just fly by,except when you are waiting for Survivor to start???
Just a reminder, this is the last day to enter all of our contests for the maximum number of points available. While some of the contests are not affected, it would be wise to read the rules of each contest if you plan to enter but have not done so as yet.

Re: Survivor All-Star Discussion thread

Just 5 more days....I do not know about you but I am feeling like Christmas is coming and the the tree is up and the lights are on and the music is playing and the good cooking smells are all around...the anticipation is killing me. I have all the contests ready to post, with 15 contestants in each this year I think. I am missing a couple tie-breaker answers and will try to remind those I need again soon. Everyone is being very nice about sending me the guesses early and responding to my e-mails. If anyone has a suggestion how I could get in on the bonus points I am doing again this Survivor for the main contest, just e-mail me, [Only registered and activated users can see links. Meanwhile if I do not stop internet shopping while we have snow here in Carolina, I will be sooooo broke.

Re: Survivor All-Star Discussion thread

So what do you think?

Wow Richard has an attitude...and so does Susan. And Alicia has already started in with her big mouth. And so has Rob M. And little Jenna L seems pretty outspoken. I do not remember her being like that. Poor Ethan. He may not be long for the show. But then it mentions for next show that Rudy is not fairing well, so I wonder if he will be next to go from that tribe. Chapera does seem to be the least organized tribe. Maybe too many would-be "chiefs"?
I have to say that the thing that makes me chuckle the most is the way Richard acted. He is so..... well you get the message.

Re: Survivor All-Star Discussion thread

I was so sad to see two of my favorites looking so haggard already
(Rudy and Rupert)

Richard is horrid! I thought I could strangle him about the whole "I could make fire, but I won't" issue !!

Re: Survivor All-Star Discussion thread

i dont quite get his plan here. He is acting like an a** not doing any work or helping out. how does he think this is going to help him stay???

poor tina i think jerri had it in for her from the beginning regardless of the fact that she had won before. did you see the look on colbys face when he saw jerri (i assume that is who he noticed when he looked disgusted)

I think rudy wont last long but if they showed it on the tv chances are it isnt that big a deal.

as for the water. i can understand how you shouldnt drink it but heck if sue isnt sick or dead yet i would be really tempted to drink it also without the boiling. i wonder why they are all having such a hard time getting the fire going??

great show, although it was on tooo late last night.

That look cracked me up- it had to be concerning Jerri LOL

I heard Jeff Probst say this was going to be a lot tougher on the Allstars than they all assumed - boy was he right! Not being able to drink the water is a terrible thing. Dehydration can be very serious. I can't even imagine being so hot and so physical and not drinking water.

I sure don't understand Richard's attitude - how does he think this is going to help him? I don't see him lasting too long, but you never know with this game!!!

Re: Survivor All-Star Discussion thread

Richard's attitude makes me laugh. He is so arrogant that I can't help liking him.I was sorry to see Rupert's team get off to such a bad start.Hopefully they will get it together and do better next week. I wasn't all that sad to see Tina go, not because she won before but because she was probably the weakest member of the tribe.
