Survivor All-Star: Bonus A: Ultimate Survivor
Bonus A will be similar to our previous Ultimate Survivor contests. The object of the game is to pick the winner of Survivor All Star.
Rules:
1.Pick an ultimate survivor.
2. Pick an alternate choice to be used as a tie-breaker.
(You will be asked to choose a second alternate choice if you end up with a survivor and alternate exactly the same as someone else.)
3.If your Survivor choice is eliminated from the game you may choose another Survivor IF THERE IS ONE AVAILABLE THAT NO ONE CHOSE. No alternate will be needed. This means that if our first round of picks leaves 6 Survivors no one thinks will win the game and your choice is eliminated,you must act fast and be the first person to e-mail me with your new choice from among the Survivors no one picked. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]
4. The game will have a winner, because everyone who is eliminated gets a second or third chance, until every Survivor has been selected by someone.
5. Deadline for first round of guesses is 4 AM EST on Sunday, Feb 1.
6. After the first deadline I will post our picks and alternate choices.
7. You may still enter the contest after the first deadline IF you choose someone no one has chosen. BUT the deadline to get into the contest is 4 AM of the morning of show #2. No new entries (only replacement entries) will be taken after the second deadline.


Just to show you what I am saying by example let me give you a scenerio:
Let's just say that we have 15 entries, and all of the 18 All Star contestants are picked by at least one of us with the following exceptions- no one chooses the former winners Richard, Tina, or Ethan; and no one chooses the goat farmer, Tom; and no one chooses Kathy, Lex, or Rob C. The first show airs and we are surprised to note that Rupert is the first to be eliminated. Everyone who has chosen Rupert to win may opt to e-mail me a quick new pick from among those no one has chosen. First come, first serve. If you pick the same one as someone else I will go by the time I received your pick. If I cannot give you your selection as your pick I will let you know asap, so that you may choose again. In addition, any one who did not make a selection by the first deadline, may choose from the list of unchosen Survivors, but only until 4 AM EST of the morning of the second show. Again, this is first come, first serve, so you may wish to e-mail me a choice right after the first show.


8. Time/speed is very important for this Bonus A question. In general, you have more options if you guess on this one very quickly.
9. The prize for Bonus A is your choice of a $5 gc from Barnes and Noble, Blockbuster or Burger King.

Many of you have already replied to some or all of our contests. I would like to encourage ALL of you who follow Survivor to go ahead and enter. You have nothing to lose and I think we have lots of fun. We usually have 3-4 different winners of the contests we do.
A few reminders: There are 2 Jenna's and 2 Rob's so be sure to include the last initial if you choose any of the Jenna's or Rob's. The limit for Bonus C, Safe or Sorry, is 10 picks. You may pick any number of safe people up to 10. Don't forget the tie-breaker number for Bonus B, Pick a Champion. The number you choose should be the total of the ages of the 3 people you think will leave Survivor first.
While I am thinking about it we all remember Osten quitting. If any of the 18 contestants this time around leave the show for any reason besides being booted, it will still count in the contests as a "boot" and if you have that person on your list of safe people you lose. (Just a slight rule clarification)Conversely, if that person is on your list of boots at the time, you get any points that are available for picking a "bootee".

Don't forget: If your champion is eliminated you must be the first one to choose a new ultimate survivor in order to claim them. (time zones taken into cosideration)
