I'm new to online shopping, have no bank account, no credit card, no credit history and live on disability/SSI recently. I'm getting a settlement back to 9/04 soon and want to shop on line. It seems every site I've gone to wants the Bill Me Later plan or a credit card. Are there any that allow deferred billing and/or monthly payments. Do I have to order a catalog from the company to do so?

you might try fingerhut? you can get a prepaid card at most Wal-mart stores that work just like a visa or mastercard and allow you to make purchases online.

Yes, there are sites that allow you to pay through paypal. With paypal you can just link it to your bank account. Or, like what has been suggested, get a prepaid VISA or Mastercard which is available in any Walgreens, Target and other stores like that. HWM |
