DOES ANYONE SELL ONLINE AND HAVE A RESELLER LICENSE?

I sell things on ebay and there are many sites that allow cheap wholesale prices but you have to have a resell license. can anyone who has one tell me how to get one, and is there a way to get it free? do i need a EIN, and what all do i need, thank you.

Never heard about resell licenses. I work for a wholesale company which sells stuff cheap. You just open account and order what you need, thats all.
