I should have stayed with the Linux-NEED HELP with VIRUS or ?

Well, many of you ole timers know I was not around much for a few years.....

I'm finally back online from my place and using Windows instead of linux like I did when I worked. If someone helps me to get a new job too....

Well, somehow I made it to a spot that changed my wallpaper and scared the heck out of me saying I had a virus/spyware and blah blah blah

Took care of that part, ran a virus check, cleaned everything I could think of but I keep getting: WARNING W32.Myzor.FK@yf is a virus and so on......

What The Fudge am I suppose to do. I'm currently on the Netscape browser where I'm not getting the annoying pop up that they keep wanting to change my home page.

I may go back to linux.
